Andy, consults with Donohoe Training in Carlisle, one afternoon per week optimizing biomechanics and movement for health and performance. In order to optimize movement and biomechanics sometimes it hands on, sometimes reinforcement with myofascial stretches and ELDOA, sometimes specific exercises and sometimes nutrition and kinesthetic/arthrokinematic re-training. Andy uses his extensive experience in sport as an athlete and coach, together with his medical training, strength training and utilisation of cutting edge genetic testing, to help people recover from injury and improve performance, ranging from members of the general public to Olympic athletes. He was an international badminton player, National Team coach & manager, as well as competing extensively at junior county tennis and squash. This led him to continue his osteopathic work in sport. He worked for British Athletics alongside US Coach Dan Pfaff, Strength Coach Stuart MacMillan and Trackside Lead Therapist Dr. Gerry Ramogida in the build up to the London 2012 Olympics. After London 2012 he was appointed British Athletics Trackside Lead Therapist, based at their National Institute working as part of the Sports Science & Medical Team in the lead up to the Rio 2016 Olympics. During this time he worked with several of the worlds leading T&F coaches Dan Pfaff, Rana Reider, Terrance Mahon and numerous World and Olympic Medalists. In his role as a Consultant Osteopath, he worked across a number of sports including premiership football, County Cricket and various individuals from tennis to polo to MMA. He worked with Welsh Badminton and UK Athletics at the 2000, 2004 & 2008 Olympics and the 2002 & 2006 Commonwealth Games and also at a number of high performance camps.
18 years as a dancer, 10 years gymnastics, and is a competitive Triathlete. A USAT Level 1 Coach, Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and Group Exercise Instructor. Krysta has been teaching and coaching since 2009, and continues to help her clients meet their fitness and lifestyle goals. Through a balanced and thoughtful training program, her clients get to see and experience results in their fitness as they develop an enjoyment for the art of movement. With a keen eye on corrective technique, Krysta’s clients experience lasting and effective results.
